Team Captain Registration for CM4HL Summer Session

This registration is for team captains to sign up a new team for the CM4HL Summer Session.

• Games: Monday nights (7:30-8:45-9:00)
• Location: NorthStar Ice sports - 15 Bridle Ln, Westborough, MA 01581 
• Season Duration: 14 weeks (May to August)
• Cost: $4200 for 10 players and a goalie
• Included: 14 Games, Home & Away jerseys w/ socks (customizable team name & designs)

All registration fees are non-refundable. If a player decides not to participate or cannot play during the season for any reason, no refund will be issued. Teams are responsible for confirming player availability before registration.
